History: 70-yr-old female unable to walk because of severe varus deformity with multiple big osteophytes.
Case: A single-stage Bilateral Total Knee Replacement was performed with long stem. Long stem is better to use in obese patient with osteoporosis with severe deformities, it avoids periprosthetic fractures and adds more stability to the construct.
