History: 16-yr-old with a recurrent dislocation of Patella because of the tear of the MPFL (Medial Patellofemoral Ligament)
Case: This tear increases the forces of the lateral structures, thereby causing imbalance which results in dislocation. A mini-open MPFL Reconstruction was performed using semitendinosis graft and the balance was restored to avoid further dislocation. Range of motion was started 2 weeks after the surgery along with weight-bearing.
